IntervStart provides resume building, career guidance and interview-practice tools. This policy explains the information we use to deliver those services.
Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email address and mobile number.
- Resume content and the details you enter in the Resume Builder.
- Interview role, questions, answers, scores and reports.
- Payment status and order references. Card, UPI and banking credentials are processed by Razorpay and are not stored by IntervStart.
How we use information
We use your information to provide your account, generate interview questions and reports, create resumes, show career guidance, process credits and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
AI features
When you choose an AI feature, the relevant resume text, role and answers may be sent to our AI service provider only to create the requested career guidance, interview question or report. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Camera and voice practice
Our standard camera readiness and voice-practice tools analyse the live browser session. Video and audio are not recorded or stored by IntervStart. If an optional transcript-based coaching feature is shown, it asks for your consent before temporary speech text is sent for coaching.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and practice information while your account is active so you can access your reports and resume. You may request account-data deletion by contacting us. Some payment and transaction records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
