No physical shipping: IntervStart provides digital services only. We do not ship physical goods, and no courier or delivery address is required.
Delivery after payment
After successful Razorpay payment verification, interview credits are added to the paid account and become available in the IntervStart dashboard. This normally happens immediately.
If credits do not appear
In rare cases, bank or payment confirmation can take longer. Please wait up to 30 minutes, sign out and sign in again, then contact support@intervstart.com with your registered email address and Razorpay payment/order ID.
Access period
The number of credits and access validity are displayed on the purchase page before payment. Digital access is delivered to the account used for checkout.
